Just received your X1 remote control yesterday, downloaded your app (vers 3.2.3). Followed the instructions to register, but have yet to receive the code. Waited an hour and then retried registering with the same results. Emailed at the outlook.com address and still haven't heard anything. If you're not willing to assist ASAP, I have no choice but to return your product for a refund. Extremely frustrating and disappointing that you don't have a phone number or chat option here. Poor way of representing your company and supporting your customers. As a community service I must submit online reviews to warn others of your lack of support.
