The remote still works but the screen is destroyed - luckily I had a spare X1 and so I paired that to my Hub and it synced up fine.
The only issue is I cant find a way to factory reset the broken remote and remove it from the hub. eg If I hit "find my remote" both of them beep and I cant update the Firmware on the new remote because it checks the old remote and says it's up-to-date.
Please, how do I factory reset the borken remote or unpair it?
I do not want to factory reset the hub and lose many weeks of my efforts fine tuning my remote configuration!
