The unique selling point that was never introduced

So, to me, one the of the unique selling points of the X1 was the ability to control devices over multiple protocols, such as wifi and bluetooth, in addition to IR. The promise of 'being able to control devices over wifi' was something I took way too literally; I thought the X1 would allow me to send out HTTP commands to IP-addresses of my choosing. However, this was never the case. The bluetooth capabilities are extremely limited as well, rendering my ultimate goal: having a remote to control your home cinema equipment, as well as my home automation, impossible.

I've asked multiple times through mail (prior and during) production, and here on the forum when this feature would be available, but sofabaton never said anything other than 'we're working on it'. Nothing but an empty promise if you ask me.

Something like: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/marton/remote-two?ref=discovery&term=remote%20two is much much better in every way. Sure it's a lot more expensive, but it ís a quality of life improvement.
