Greetings, After a very frustrating experience intitally setting up my X1, I put it on the shelf about 3 months ago.
This weekend I decided to try again but the remote will not power on at all.
I have not attempted a firmware update and have charged it overnight. There are no indications that it is charging or has power at all.
I checked the app and it cannot locate the remote.
Any suggestions?
