U1 + Cox Contour

I have a Cox Communications Contour cable and DVR box. The model number is AX061AEI. I have successfully added the device in the app and the remote. However, it does not control the device at all. I tried reassigning a button (from the video you provided in reply to my last post). When I select "Reassign Remote Key" keys are already assigned tothe right function. I've also tried the "Learn From Original Remote" option, but the U1 never "learns" the desired function.
