I just bought 3 Sofabaton U1 from Amazon.
I was able to set-up 2 of them, but one I can't connect to.
When I power it up it says "Connect to Sofabaton App."
I open up the App, it seems to find the remote, but the bluetooth mac address is all zeroes and it doesn't connect. See the images below.
Any help?
Is there a way to hard reset it or flash new firmware directly without the app?
