Unfortunately the IOS App is so much frustration. With IOS 15.5 i started the App, paired my U1 and tried to first setup my Vu+ Solo 2
Why is Vu Listed with different spellings. The only right one is Vu+ as shown on their own homepage http://www.vuplus.com
Klick on VU makes me crazy, the app crashes immediately, so i had to start again and again.After trying the right one Vu+ i can select the Solo 2, but there is a big issue/bug, so for me the U1is until this is fixed totally useless. Every Button that is available, only works 1 Time, then you have to select another Button to get the needed Button working again.
e.g. on the Vu+ Solo 2 the Keys 3,6,9 are used to skip 15sec, 60sec, 300sec with the VTi Image installed. On my old Harmony 350 i can press 3 as often i need to skip 15sec, on the U1 i can press 3, then i need to press any other key, as the key 3 is blocked after pressing the first time, no IR Code is send, i checked this with a Camera.
Also if i am programming a macro to the TV Button i select my Devices to power on and off, i am able with the button to power on all my devices, but this button is not able to power off with pressing the button again, if i don´t press any other key first. It's just cumbersome and terrible.
Also my needed devices are not available, my Telefunken TV is missing, i selected a different type, the IR Codes are partly, e.g. the left and right button do not work well. if i press the button to go left, it is working fine, if i press right, the screen shows me that total crazy behavior, it looks like the command is send multiple times and then stops ad the desired item.

The worst ever i found is the App start. After i setup all my devices and started the next day the app again, i am always on the start screen:
Hey, i already purchased the U1 and set it up, or better i tried, because at this point the U1 is still not usable. Why do i always need to select my Device again and again and also to pair it? I can´t do anything in the app, until the device is paired. I am not able to send a bug, i can´t read my open cases, add a new device or anything else!
Why is it not possible to create the needed Account on the homepage? There is only a registration for the forum, not for the app itself, that is not very useful.
Also i found large text in the form field inside the IOS App to submit a bug will lead in a never ending spinning circle and the app do not send any feedback.
I used in the past a Harmony 350 and had never so much issues with a programmable Remote. The advertising for the U1 reads well, the implementation of the app is disastrous and it is still frustrating at this point. I am looking for a working device and don´t want to spent too much time in programming a device.
In another post i read about the backup options. Plz make it possible to save all made settings inside the app, so it is easy to the user to save different setting of a device and also make as soon as possible the app working without pairing the device every time.
