I received my X1 before the weekend and connected it to my WiFi, then upgraded the firmware of the hub. I added a device then tested to ensure it worked and left it over the weekend. Now I cannot connect to the hub. It detects it, and starts establishing a connection, but never actually connects - just sits there. I have tried resetting the hub and re-connecting it to my WiFi, but the same thing happens. So currently the hub is a brick that is apparently connected successfully to my WiFi (green light on hub), but I'm unable to connect to it with the app.
Has anyone else experienced this/know of a solution?
