Hello folks,
my X1 arrived yesterday. Today I wanted to set it up. I followed exactly the procedure described here under the "major update" thread. After the firmware update the hub seems dead. The unplugged the hub and back in as described but the LED doesnt come up anymore. Whats the procedure to do a factory reset?
