Problem with learning function

Hi all,

Hoping someone has encountered this issue. The feature to learn a command from the remote seems to work for me. It registers the remote press and reports success. However, when I try to use the new command with the X1 remote, it only works when I long press the button; pressing the button normally does nothing. Trying to trigger the command from the app does not work either (probably because there's no long-press in the app).

Also, if I try to map my new command to a specific X1 button, it doesn't work. Instead it sends a seemingly random command.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Hello Guys, i still have problems with the learning function (holding the remote nearby the hub). i try to train my x1 with the original remote. It says: everything is fine after training but the button does not work. Nothing happens. Its a pioneer av receiver (vsx-lx305) and the button i want to train is the Dialog Button. Its a very handy function for amplifying dialog in movies. Please, could you take care about this? I have all the current updates possible. kind regards.

Hi SofaBaton team, will this problem be solved in a timely manner? I am missing a button for the AV receiver (which is on the original remote) to select the appropriate HDMI input channel when I want to watch TV. If I learn the button using the original remote control via the hub, I have the problem that I have to long press so that the channel is selected. So I can not create an activity where this input channel is automatically selected.

I think this issue with holding is not directly related to learning function. I have Sony STR DN1080 receiver, and the app found the codes with the search function. Same exact problem as described. Power button works fine, all else have to be long pressed, or more specifically double pressed (pressing the button twice fast, dose the trick)
