to HDB Dear Sofabaton Team,
I am writing to again request code support for a device not included in your database of remote control codes. I successfully installed the firmware update yesterday. I was previously told that my requested remote codes would be included there. There is no change!
I have now sent you 10 emails requesting this support and communicated with three people from your company: Lora, Jamie, and Krystal.
I am looking for remote codes for the following:
Device Type: Cable TV set top box (STB) Brand: J:COM LINK (made by Sumitomo Electric) Model: XA401 Link to specification sheet - https://www.androidtv-guide.com/pay-tv-provider/jcom-link-xa401/
I am only given "Option1" and "Option 2" codes and neither of them work for the above STB.
Please advise.
