The problem is on a U1 and the three key sends four 3's every time. I can reprogram the button to a 2 and it works correctly. Change the 3 key back to a 3 and it sends four 3's again. Have used device defaults and have reprogrammed with the device remote learn feature. All other number keys working correctly. The key isn't sticking because if functions with other values. Seems like a software issue to me. Any ideas? Thanks.
