Missing CH+ for Xfinity Cable Box

I'm missing the CH+ button for the Xfinity cable box, so I can't advance channels. The CH- button is there. I tried selecting the generic Xfinity device as well as giving the exact model number, both give the same result. I tried adding it via the learning feature, but that doesn't seem to be working. Anyone else have this issue, or have a solution?
