Frustrated. Many fixes needed.

Well, I successfully set up 1 of 2 I purchased. After using it for a few days the hub must constantly be rebooted. Sometimes that doesn't work, and I must open the app on my phone and then it starts working but not all the time. Sometimes I must force close the app and reopen. Last night my Yamaha receiver controls stopped working and everything I tried won't fix it. The following (as well as the above) need to be fixed. 1, Make a way to shut down/close the app without having to force close it. 2, I also HATE that I have to press the button like 3-4 times to wake up the remote. 3, The time for it to go back to sleep is WAY too short. It should be 20-30 seconds at least. 4, There should be a way to clone configurations or at the very least, store the config in the cloud with my account. There are so many frustrating things about these remotes that I have stopped using them at this point and gone back to reliable Harmony. If there no updates/patches soon, I will Ebaying them.
