I want to try out the app on Android to see whether my devices are supported. I registered, then selected the "haven't purchased yet" option. The app went to the devices screen with with a "loading" wait symbol, and that's all. The screen never loaded.
Is this feature -- search for devices before purchase -- actually supposed to work?
