Asking for new device to be added toDatabase

The de.feedback I think offers an oportunity to add new devices to Sofobaton data base, but needs an email address. Mine is not exceptionally long, but on cell phone wraps round the space and cannot be accepted by the App. I have had help by mailing SofaBaton but it makes it harder to get help.
