X1 Edit Startup Sequence no longer works for me

I was originally able to add delays to the startup sequence of several startup activities. I no longer can, since the startup sequence commands no longer show up in that screen. The commands for the shutdown sequence do show up, but I just get the spinning green arrow with icons for adding delays or commands when I try and edit the startup sequence. I have tried factory reset, with no improvement. I tried inputting a complete startup sequence, but then things got worse with more things not working. I re-installed the app on my phone. Emails to Sofabaton are answered daily, giving me the same advice, including videos on how to edit the commands, but these responses don't help since no commands to edit appear on my phone screen.
