App won’t connect to hub

I went through the process multiple times. Hub is showing solid green light. I can ping the hub and I can see it is connected with an IP address from my network manager. But when I attempt to connect to it via the app on my iPhone, the wheel just spins. It doesn't time out, provide an error message, or anything. It just doesn't connect. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my iPhone, restarted the hub multiple times but no connection. I also sent a note to support but have gotten no response.

Please help.
