The channel down button works fine on my LG OLED CX TV. But the channel up button does nothing and there is no code button for adding CH+.
And now it appears that we have to wait 2 weeks before they fix the learning from your old remote.
Also needed to change the Back button to "Return", and the Menu button to "Guide". I moved the Menu (Settings) function to a colored button. Used another color button for Source / Input.
A lot of tedious farting around to get this thing functional, but I'm getting closer to accepting it.
