Some positive feedback

With all the negativity I did want to say that the remote itself is rather nice. The texture is great and I appreciate that they didn't slap a big sofabaton logo on the front. I also like the fact that we have a better looking and colorful screen to look at (hopefully we get some customization options down the road). Once I figured out the direction they're going with this remote compared to the U1, things got a lot easier to make sense of. Adding devices is still a struggle, but the activities part of the remote seems to be working well now that I've figured out how it works. I always struggled with macros with the U1, so this is a pleasant change. I have a feeling that once the major kinks get worked out, this remote is going to be very popular and well worth the money spent.
