Doesn't Work at All

Well, after finally getting a verification code (had to use different email address), I added 3 devices and 1 activity to the remote, but none of it works. Can't even get the TV to run on. Yes, the remote confirmed the device details I entered. Instruction manual is useless. It doesn't even explain what button to "click" to enter a command, or how to navigate through the menus. Waited a long time for this device, but, believe me, it's NO Harmony Elite.
