After noting that the support address is using outlook.com I don't know why I expected morre from the tech, however it doesn't change the fact that registration is not sending verification codes right now.
"Check your spam folder!" Yes - I know this is a common issue, but my spam folder has no verification code either. I've tried resending the code and registering with multiple email addresses and providers and have received nothing.
Simply put, the service that is sending verification codes is not currently working.
This means that if you don't already have an account, there's absolutely nothing you can do with your brand new sofabaton product. This is deeply frustrating, and support need to respond to this.
