Will a X1 work for multiple rooms?

I have 7 Tvs in 6 differnet rooms with 5 Roku sticks and two being Roku TVs. Since the X1 dose not have an IR blaster built in, will I need 6 hubs to make the remote work for this setup? How well dose an X1 work for multiroom setups? Dose it work for this configuration?
