Hi,
I got the X1 today. i followed all instructions, watched the video, place my iPhone and the device on 2.4 GHz WiFi. The hub gets configured and the light turns green but the hub does not show up as a known device.
My WiFi is Ubiquiti.
We need a solution please don't repeat the same thing over and over. It is not working.
