Learning using the original remote is very unreliable: a. Attempts to do Learning fail. While pressing the original remote with the U1 in learning mode, the blue bar quickly moves to the right and then returns to the left, and appears to complete after 10-20 tries. b. Original Roku remote training of Vol+ Vol- Mute appears to be successful, but do not function as expected using the U1. c. Downloaded configuration for the Sony TV does not appear to work for Vol+ Vol- Mute. c.Original remote option button (*) will not kick off the learning process despite multiple tries.

A macro was built with a sequence of three down arrows. An error message appeared that said the macro failed. How can a key sequence be successfully configured?
