X2 and VM360

Hi

I have had the early X1 since release but have the scrolling issue, so purchased a new X2. I have a Virgin Media 360 STB and managed to work it fine with the X1 using a Ziggo code - no issues at all.

Setting up the X2 and noting seems to work, but all other devices are fine. There are forum articles but nothing explicit but someone must have made an X2 work with a VM360? Tried everything, including removing old hub, making sure IR is in view etc etc but testing, the box will not switch on.
