Just got my x2 remote two days ago after waiting like two months. Like the build quality. Setup is a royal pain. And I have to return it because it does not work with the Xfinity cable box. I set everything up but none of the soft keys work except the volume and the numbers on the screen don't work at all. I've been troubleshooting for two days and nothing. How do I return this overpriced non functional device?
