Adding IR devices to database by support

Hello,

Recently purchased 2 X2 remotes to replace harmony remotes.  Very impressed and set up has been very smooth.  I like being able to interface with home assistant to open up control of smart devices too.

I have also had good experience with support for adding codes for a device that wasn't available in the IR database - this was rectified within a couple of days.  For reference it was for HDFury Maestro.

I've also had less good experience with support.  I also have a HDFury DIVA and although that device is in the database, the codes available are very limited, with many codes missing, and I raised this with support.  This time they would take no action to add the codes.  I suggested adding the missing codes (a lot of them), adding it as a new device, and even adding it as an additional device with a different code set, as the device has 3 different IR code sets available to control it (for multi-device control).  Support suggested I learn the commands, but the device has no remote, and technically I could go about doing this via a harmony, but that is a lot of effort, and only enables the codes locally on one hub, and can't be transferred.  I find this rather frustrating, and wondered what other's folks experience has been in a similar situation?
