After following the in-app directios to update the firmware on the remote, the remote seems to be stuck in an endless reboot loop. The "sofabaton" splash screen appears for 5-7 seconds, then the screen does dark and the process repeats over and over. It's currently in this loop, and has been so for almost 30 minutes.
I know the phone app said the firmware update would cause reboots, but I'm pretty sure this isn't what was meant.
Is there a way to "hard reset" the remote, or some other method to get it out of this loop?
