I'm new to Sofabaton X2
I want to make it work but there's several small issues and one serious one that if I cannot fix means unfortunately will need to be returned.
Amongst smaller issues is that generally the devices in Sofabaton do not have discrete On and Off, only power toggle. This is disappointing as generally Logitech Harmony Elite had discrete power and much less susceptible to power synchronisation issues. I'll raise those issues individually per device.
But the more serious issue is that I cannot get my UK virgin media cable working at all. I've tried the Virgin media 360 and V6 devices. Neither of which work.
With Logitech Harmony Elite we connected with Humax 1008R-HD-VM and that worked completely. However, here on the sofabaton that also doesn't work.
Momentarily I managed to find a single "right arrow" key working using the Humax device. However, that was fleeting and now no longer works. (I'm removing the device to add it again).
Please help otherwise I am going to need to send this back.
I did see this but that was for X1 and is over three years old. I would've hoped missing whole devices would've been sorted by now, and actually makes me wonder if my device is faulty.
