Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry that we do not support XGIMI Horizon 20. you can add it via Bluetooth. But please note that there is no power on button when adding via Bluetooth. But after manually turning on the device, the other buttons will work.

I just received by U2 command today and experienced the same slow volume issue with my Denon AVR-2311. I fixed this by modifying the volume up and down keys using the "learn from original remote" option. It now has the same response as the original volume buttons, slow when shortly pressed and fast when continuously pressed.
PS. it is a brand new U2 remote, and it has the latest firmware.
