On my old Harmont remote there was a HELP button that you could use if something didn't turn on of off correctly. Is there a similar button/feature on the X1S remote? I know there is the repair option in the phone app that does this, but looking for something on the remote itself. This is for my non-tech savy parents who I've set this up for.
