Hi, my old Harmony remote finally died and I recently purchased my first Sofabaton remote (U2). I was generally happy with the ease of use and setup, however I have two annoying issues.
- Double Presses - When Controling my Samsung TV or Firestick, regular button presses often result in double press and I skip past my intended icon. I noticed if i press and release super fast, it will only do one press but I have to do this exceptionally quick and it's unnatural. Is there any way to slow this down so I get one action per press?
- Slow Volume Control - I have a Denon receiver controlling volume. On the Denon remote and my prior Harmony, the volume function ramps up or down and a normal pace. When using the Sofabaton, the receiver reponds very slowly to the volume command. Since it only goes up or down in increments of .5, it takes a very long time if I want to turn it way up or way down. I tried the buit in database command as well as manually learning the command and they both do the same thing, but the original remote does not. Any ideas?
Is there any way to fix these issues? I like the remote otherwise and the remote generally works, but these two issues are major ones that make the device difficult to use. Thanks in advance for your help
