I have just purchased an X1s as my Harmony remote bit the dust and I'm having weird issues.
My TV isn't a listed model it's a samsung UE65NU7400 and despite using the "learning" method it will not respoond to any inputs.
I also have an X-Box one S which will respond to an Off/on command but once started no other command works.
I'm thinking that this may be an IR issue, but for it to work I have to set one of the IR blasters right infront of the X-Box for it to work, literally right in front of the IR sensor. As my hub is set in front of my media cabinate to control my other devices, setting an IR blaster in this way isn't an option as the cable would be trailing across the carpet.
After the Harmony this protuct feels a litte "in beta" at the moment and the IR capabilites reallly need to be improved.
