I received my X1S today and connected it to Wifi, it did an update, then I programed the TV and when I tried to Sync the Remote to the Hub, I get a Lost Hub. I tried power cycling the hub, no improvement.
Is this a bad unit out of the box?

Update, I just tried pairing the remote as a new remote and on the 3rd try, it paired with the remote and the remote is now doing a software update.
No more issues for now.
