a few days ago I returned my remote back to the big "A" because of a functional problem with my LG Smart TV. Although correctly programmed, the TV didn't choose the right inputs when I ended an activity. Especially: I was watching TV, ended it and after that, I tried to watch a movie on my Sony Blue Ray. All Devices correctly turned on, but the TV didn't choose the right input, it still works on TV. On my Harmony Elite was a help button which I really miss on the X1s... Any suggestions what I made wrong ore ignored?
