I have been unable to set up the Sofabaton X1S with a new Xfinity XB8 cable modem/router. The connection between the app on my iPhone and the hub keeps getting dropped, and the X1S doesn't link to the hub. My mesh wi-fi system has 2 xfinity pod extenders. The modem/router autoswitches between 5 and 2.4 ghz to maximize performance. Attempts to set up a dedicated 2.4ghz split signal have been unsuccessful. Is this simply a case of incompatibility with this newest Xfinity equipment?
