I am trying to setup a X1S Hub and I am having difficulty connecting to the hub via the App.
This is a New hub and I was able to attach the hub to the 2.4 ghz network. Phone(iPhone) and the the hub are both on the same network and when I pick the hub to connect the App Sits there and spin the the wheel and then request you to enter the IPV4 device IP address and once I enter that nothing happens.
It is frustratrating and if it doesn't get resolved today this is going back.
