Display on my U2 remote is almost unreadable

Hello, since few weeks the display of my U2 remote (bought on Amazon) is almost un readable despite settings on Bright ??? i tried to reset to factory settings => still issue of display. Of course, batteries has been charged at full level. How i can get a replacement ?
