Hello,
I just got my product - I can not get comcast to work so I am trying to upgrade the firmware. I follow instructions and it says it updates - its on v2. I go back and its v2 still. I go to upgrade and it says it can upgrade to v2. It will not go past v2. Same with firmware on remote.
Any suggestions. I am on an iphone
