Arris VIP5002W BT TV decoder is used by all cable operators from Liberty Global Group (USA public company) including Virgin Media in the UK, VodafoneZiggo in the Netherlands, Virgin Media in ireland, Sunrise in Switzerland, UPC Poland, and UPC Slovakia (approximately 40 m customers!). This decoder uses only bluetooth communications and practically its pairing with the Sofabaton X device is impossible (special confirmation signal from the Sofabaton device is required during bluetooth pairing).
