Hi
I have an X1 remote, but when programming the ir codes for the 360 box nothing works. I have selected the ziggo media box next which does work, but some buttons don't work like back.
Can this be fixed? The standard remote is Bluetooth so I can't copy anything.
Also after programming everything I suddenly found I had a duplicated device one said it was not configured. I deleted the not configured one and annoyingly it removed both. I now also have my Blu-Ray player which says it is not configured. It was previously configured.
