Connect to Sofabaton U2. I see my devices. I select a device. I select Remote Keys. It shows me that none of the keys are programmed.
I programmed the keys yesterday. The remote works. The keys are programmed. But the App cannot see the programming.
This is the second time I have seen this issue. You need to provide a way to backup config. It can costs a lot of time and effort to program these remotes.
Please raise a defect to fix this issue.
