So I received my X1 remote about a week ago, and I've noticed that I need to press the off button every single time I want to turn off my devices. Once to "wake" the remote, and a second time to finally turn things off. Am I missing something obvious here on how to prevent this? It feels like there is just no way this could be by design.
I have updated both my remote and hub to their latest firmware, so that can't be the issue either.
