Apple TV, Denon Receiver & LG TV Configuration Issues

I was having issues with the LG TV switching to HDMI2 input prior to the Denon completing startup and I would get a 'No Signal' on the LG.  I added a delay and a repeat switch to HDMI2 to the YTV startup which cured the problem for the first couple of tests, but now both the Denon and the LG are set to the appropriate inputs but I am again getting the 'No Signal' on the TV.  Repair does northing.
