Just setup a X1 today. So far it works great (for the most part)! The setup was straight forward & the remote worked great for the brief time I used it (3 Activities / 6 Devices).
Issue 1: While watching a movie the X1 remote would randomly light up (untouched) for about 5 seconds. I didn't see any pattern in the behavior, but I timed when turned the screen off to when it lit back up: once after 4 minutes, a couple times at 20 minutes, & another time after 13 minutes or so across a 2 hour movie. Is there any reason that the remote could be waking itself up (it doesn't wake itself up when I pick it up)? Is there anyone else seeing this issue?
Issue 2: I only see one other post on trying to figure out how to connect to the hub when it is conencted to a VLAN / segmented network with a few people who also asked for it (as replies), but my ask is that support would provide instructions for running the hub in a VLAN (e.g. ports required to be opened or passed VLAN to VLAN, direct IP discovery via the app, etc). Anyone figure this out yet?
