No matter what I try (I've tried everything SofaBaton support recommends), the X1 remote is stuck on the "Turning Off" screen. How do I do a hard reset of the remote without waiting for the battery (which is fully charged) to die?
Purchased the X1 remote and hub within the last 30 days. Extremely frustrating
