X1 left button has stopped working

Hello, i have the following model X1 FCC ID: 2AXDU-B1SPRO, its less than a year old and the left button has stopped working.  I've had to assign the action to another button and its not like the remote has many spare buttons to for actions!  Why you don't offer a full remote for the X1 is slightly beyond me. How do i get it fixed?
