Apple tv 4k 3rd gen laggy bluetooth connection

Hi,

With my Apple tv 4k 3rd gen (tvOS17.1 and 17.2 beta) Sofabaton U2 either looses connection to apple tv or works with huge lag e.g. one click is considered to be multiple clicks or apple tv does not react at commands from remote. Sometimes it works flawlessly and no problems are there but most of the time lag is there. Especially it can be observed after turning ATV on or when browsing itunes shop and playing some movie trailers. Anyone experienced this issue?

Remote has latest firmware loaded, I tried to remove remote completely and pair it again but lag is still there.
