Hub connection - constantly losing communication

App cannot and will not, no matter what I do, maintain contact with the hub. I have created a separate 2.4 GHz network, removed all firewall security etc., but it just loses itself and is minimally functional. Is there anything else I'm missing?? Pretty frustrating experience so far!! Reached out to support, no response.
